"⚠️ N changes" at the top of a day means N providers deviate from their normal Mon–Thu role that day; "⛔ N uncovered" at the bottom means N of the day's required duties have nobody assigned. Mismatches between a primary source (spreadsheet, or the SFHI IC Coverage / SFHIgoogleONCALL calendars) and its Amion cross-check, plus any day with a required duty nobody is assigned to, within the Range below — anything earlier is already in the past and can't be fixed anymore. The primary source is what staff maintain directly — check these against Amion and correct as needed.
